Overview
RMC Sport Combat is the combat sports arm of RMC Sport, the French pay TV network, and the name of its YouTube channel. The story starts with Kombat Sport, which launched on October 10, 2012 on Canalsat and Numericable and broadcast from Luxembourg, a setup that let it air MMA at a time when showing the sport on French TV was banned.
The channel became SFR Sport 5 in 2016 and RMC Sport 4 in July 2018, with exclusive UFC rights. RMC Sport 4 went off the air in March 2021, and UFC fights now air on RMC Sport 1 as part of a dedicated combat package, sold with or without a long-term commitment.

Live, RMC Sport carries UFC numbered events and Fight Nights, plus Dana White's Contender Series on Wednesdays. The package also includes the PFL, Hexagone MMA, KSW, Cage Warriors, ONE Championship, boxing and judo, with the World Judo Tour, the Judo Pro League and the world championships.
The YouTube channel posts RMC Sport films, behind-the-scenes pieces, show replays and exclusive interviews. Le Sunday, also called Fighter Club Sunday, recaps the MMA weekend with guests such as William Gomis and Salahdine Parnasse, and the Fighter Club podcasts extend the coverage in audio.

If you are in France and want the UFC live with French commentary, RMC Sport is the broadcaster. The booth features Antoine Simon and Taylor Lapilus, an active PFL fighter who brings a view from inside the cage.
