OKTAGON 96 brings eleven fights to the SAP Garden in Munich, Germany, on Saturday, October 31, 2026. Amiran Gogoladze defends the vacant welterweight title against late replacement Jessin Ayari, who stepped in after Felix Klinkhammer withdrew injured.

The card went through several changes on October 27 and 28, starting with Klinkhammer’s withdrawal, followed by Niko Samsonidse pulling out of his bout, replaced by Gokhan Aksu in a rebooked 73 kilogram catchweight fight.

Date, venue and start times

The event takes place at the SAP Garden in Munich, Germany. OKTAGON has announced a single start time for the entire card, without splitting prelims from the main card, which closes with the title fight.

How to Watch

The event streams worldwide on pay per view through OKTAGON.TV. In Germany, Austria, German speaking Switzerland and Luxembourg, part of the card also airs on RTL+. No broadcaster has been confirmed in the United States, the United Kingdom or elsewhere in Europe at the time of writing.

Main card

Amiran Gogoladze defends the vacant welterweight title (170 lbs / 77 kg) against Jessin Ayari (19-6), who replaces injured Felix Klinkhammer.

Ronald Paradeiser faces Tyrone Pfeifer at welterweight (170 lbs / 77 kg).

Lazar Todev, ranked number 1 in OKTAGON’s heavyweight division, faces Simon Biyong at heavyweight.

Gokhan Aksu faces Rene Runge at a rebooked 73 kilogram (161 lbs) catchweight, after Niko Samsonidse withdrew.

Michael Deiga-Scheck faces Lukas Chotenovsky at bantamweight (135 lbs / 61 kg).

These five bouts make up the main card as announced by OKTAGON, with no detailed fight order confirmed ahead of the official weigh-in, scheduled the day before the event.

Prelims

Marek Bartl faces Brian Manning at middleweight (185 lbs / 84 kg).

Endrit Brajshori faces Christian Mach at welterweight (170 lbs / 77 kg).

Henrique Madureira faces Daniel Schordje at featherweight (145 lbs / 66 kg).

Hafeni Nafuka faces Ivan Klevets at a rebooked 72 kilogram (159 lbs) catchweight.

Kevin Hangs faces Burak Kizilirmak at welterweight (170 lbs / 77 kg).

Marat Nessar faces Abdulmalik Aliev at lightweight (155 lbs / 70 kg).

What is at Stake

The late change at the top of the card defines the build to OKTAGON 96. Felix Klinkhammer withdrew injured from his scheduled title fight against Amiran Gogoladze, and Jessin Ayari stepped up to challenge the Georgian for the vacant welterweight title.

At heavyweight, Lazar Todev, ranked number 1 in OKTAGON’s division and nicknamed The Punisher, looks to defend his status against Cameroon’s Simon Biyong, who joined the German promotion after a run in Bellator.

Niko Samsonidse’s withdrawal, as the promotion’s number 4 ranked lightweight, removes a ranked matchup from the card. His replacement, Gokhan Aksu, now faces Rene Runge in a rebooked catchweight bout with no direct ranking implications.

OKTAGON is holding its second event of the year at the SAP Garden in Munich, a venue that regularly hosts the promotion’s German and Austrian events.

The vacant welterweight title has sat open since the previous champion left the division. OKTAGON is staking this title fight in the middle of a packed autumn schedule, with a numbered event roughly every two weeks through the end of the year.

Simon Biyong, the Cameroonian fighter facing Lazar Todev, joined OKTAGON after a run in Bellator, where he fought Luke Trainer. A trained painter, Biyong has spoken publicly about balancing his art career with professional fighting.

Nicknamed The Punisher, Lazar Todev has held the top heavyweight spot in Germany across several consecutive cards. A win over Biyong would keep him in position to push for a title fight in the division.

The welterweight title fight between Jessin Ayari and Amiran Gogoladze closes out a storyline that began weeks before the event, with three different opponents announced one after another against the Georgian before Ayari was confirmed.
