Álvaro Colmenero is a Spanish journalist who has covered MMA for more than a decade. He runs ABC MMA, the MMA section of the daily newspaper ABC, billed as the first dedicated MMA section in Spain's mainstream press.

On television, he works as a UFC analyst and commentator for Eurosport, and as a commentator and interviewer for the Spanish promotion WOW FC on Movistar Plus+. He also runs his own YouTube channel, KOlmenero, and has a book available for preorder on his website.
