Overview
Combate is Grupo Globo's pay TV channel dedicated to combat sports in Brazil. It aired every UFC event until 2022, when Globo chose not to renew the deal.
For Brazilian fans, the end of that deal changed how they watch the UFC. The channel then shifted to other promotions, in MMA and in kickboxing. It now carries PFL, ONE Championship and Jungle Fight, among others, and it picked up Glory Kickboxing rights with exclusivity through 2027. Its streaming service, Combate Play, has been around since 2015 and gives subscribers access to events outside the TV schedule.
