Undefeated in professional MMA.
Ieuan Davies is a Welsh lightweight, unbeaten as a professional and the reigning Cage Warriors champion since June 2026. His record stands at 8 wins and 0 losses, six of them by submission, across a career that began in 2021.
Ieuan Davies hails from Wrexham, Wales. Trained at Blackledge MMA, he turned professional at lightweight on December 19, 2021, submitting Liam Delsol by first-round rear-naked choke at FCC 27, an event on the British regional circuit. On March 5, 2022, he added a TKO win over Simeon Otley at FCC 28, confirming a finisher’s profile from his first two professional fights.
These first two wins, both earned before the final bell and without going past the first round, already outlined the profile of a fighter looking for the finish rather than the scorecards. They opened the door to a more exposed promotion the following year, where he began his Cage Warriors career.
Davies joined Cage Warriors in 2023. On April 15, he submitted Dec Dean by guillotine at Cage Warriors 152, then Leon Hill by armbar at Cage Warriors 161 on October 14. In 2024, he added two more rear-naked choke submissions: Adam Shelley at Cage Warriors 175 on July 25, then Amaury Junior at Cage Warriors 178 on September 21, pushing his professional record to 6 wins without a loss.
After more than a year without a recorded official fight, he returned on March 14, 2026, and won a decision over Michael Pagani at Cage Warriors 202, his only win to go the distance. This victory earned him a title opportunity three months later.
On June 20, 2026, he faced Omiel Brown for the lightweight title at Cage Warriors 207 and submitted him by first-round rear-naked choke, at 1:01, becoming champion in a promotion that has also featured Jai Herbert and Mason Jones. It remains his most recent fight, and he stays unbeaten as a professional, with eight wins in eight outings.
Ieuan Davies’s record stands out for its consistency: 6 of his 8 wins have come by submission, one by KO or TKO, and only one by decision. None of his submission wins has gone past the second round, a pace that confirms an aggressive Brazilian jiu-jitsu game, comfortable both on top and from the back, whether with a rear-naked choke or an armbar.
His title win in a little over a minute against Omiel Brown, himself a former champion of the division, illustrates this ability to finish from the opening exchanges on the ground, without letting the fight drag on.
Across his eight professional fights, Ieuan Davies has gone to the judges only once, against Michael Pagani. Every other fight of his, including his title win over Omiel Brown, has ended in a finish before the final bell.
